The Internet

Thanks for all those who have provided information for the web site, please keep this coming in so that we can keep growing the site.

I apologise for not keeping the site as up to date as I would have liked. The Internet provider changed their rules so that I couldn’t update the information from work, and as I don’t have internet access at home, it’s proved difficult to do! I will try to resolve this for the coming year.

People continue to contact me from around the world, even one from Tasmania. I managed to put them in contact with a party of Norfolk ringers who where going on a tour of Australia. They were able to meet up and see what ringing was all about. Contacts were also made from Kansas, South Africa and from ringers who used to ring in the DDA. At the time of writing, 1st February, we’ve had 3482 visitors to the site since its conception in 1999.

The Annual Report is included which has produced many favourable comments with regards to organising visiting ringing, outings, etc. All peals rung since 1946 are listed: with full details since 1995.

It would be good to include District Newsletters so please send them to me to go on the site; along with anything that you think would be of interest.

If you think of any way to improve the web site, please let me know.
