Following an invitation by our Association Representatives the Central Council of Church Bell Ringers is to hold its 2010 Annual Meeting in Derbyshire. The last time the Central Council met here was in 1977. The meeting will be held on Monday 31 May 2010 at the Derby Conference Centre. There will also be a supporting programme of other events throughout that weekend:
Though the gathering is based in Derby, Council Members and their friends will be visiting towers and places of interest throughout the county. I'm sure all DDA members will join with your Committee in ensuring the Council receives a real Derbyshire Welcome during its visit to our Association.
