The Bell Repair Fund continues in good health and although income this year has fallen slightly to £5400 the contribution from PCC affiliation fees has risen. The main reduction in income is a lower return on investment and this is likely to decrease further in 2013. However we have been able to pay three grants this year and still have uncommitted funds of nearly £40000 to support future projects.
